How long do I need to allow for my save the dates or wedding invites once you have my content?

15 working days plus delivery time. Although you have chosen your semi-custom designs, we still need to ensure your content is balanced and looks good within the artwork. We will always get you to proof and approve your design before we send it to print. Printing takes 5 working days. Depending on where your wedding is, we deliver by hand, or courier your stationery to you. Please allow three working days for courier within New Zealand, and one week for international shipping.

 

Do you ship and work for clients internationally?

Yes! For smaller stationery items we print in New Zealand and courier our items internationally. For larger signage items, please email us directly to discuss your options. We would be more than happy to work with a local printer near you.

 

What is the bespoke process? 

Once you give us an idea of what you are after in terms of style, stationery, signage and materials, we will quote based on what you require and also your quantities. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. Once confirmed, the design process begins! We work with you via email until you fall completely in love with the design and each guest is in the right spot with the correct spelling! Nothing is sent to print until sign off is received by you.

 

What kind of printing and material options are available?

We can do almost anything. We have strong relationships with the best print suppliers around the country. Therefore we can offer a huge variety of printing and stock options. Let us know what you have in mind.

 

How long will it take to receive my order if it’s bespoke?

It is all dependent on quantity of order, printing processes, material etc. As an estimate, please allow 4 - 6 weeks plus delivery time. Please also note that our production and design time is dependent on when we receive your content, so if you're on a tight deadline, then please ensure content and details get to us as soon as possible. 

 

I’m in a rush, can I speed up my order?

Most likely, yes! Please note, there is a fee for orders that require a quicker turnaround. Please get in touch directly to discuss this.

 

What is PVC?

PVC is a synthetic plastic which is lightweight but rigid. A very sturdy and affordable material for large signage.
